All items in the Flextora CORE 01 collection are made to order. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Full details are available on our Shipping & Returns page.
6. Returns
Returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Flextora products are produced to order, but this does not restrict or exclude customers' applicable statutory cancellation, refund or faulty-goods rights.
To request a return, refund, replacement or cancellation, contact support@flextora.com. Where a physical return is required, we will provide the applicable return instructions and address. Do not send products without first contacting us.
