Made to order

All Flextora products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed. Any delivery estimates refer to the period after your item has been produced and dispatched — not from the date of purchase.

Production and dispatch

Orders are produced and dispatched within 5–7 working days. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been shipped. Tracking information is included where available.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is taken. The charge applicable to your order will be confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation.

UK delivery

Standard tracked delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

International delivery

We ship to the countries currently available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination and local customs processes.

Import duties and taxes

Where import duties or taxes are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them on arrival. Requirements vary by destination.
