UK Delivery
Standard tracked delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days after dispatch. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at our contact page with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
